Cap02 output is proportional with sensor height. Output is PWM mode. With small ring, detection range is 1 mm to 7mm and with large ring, detection range is 5mm to 30mm. Two inverted pwm outputs are at 500 Hz 10% to 90% duty ratio and convert easily with RC filter to analog signal, however it would be better to use pwm output for electrically noisy environment.

To convert this signal to real distance, lookup table is required.

There is no adjustment knob on the unit, your software can adjust required height automatically or oparator can adjust the height from your control panel.

There is two warning LEDs for sensor cable disconnect and touching the working plate. Also has a ERROR output can be used for halting the system.
